1. The wear rate is faster. Due to the hazards of the processing, assembly, and adjustment of new equipment components for wheel loaders, the friction surface is not smooth, the contact range of the mating surface is small, and the pressure resistance of the surface is uneven. During the operation of the equipment, the convex and concave parts on the surface of the parts interlock and rub against each other, and the metal material fragments that are worn off continue to participate in friction as wear-resistant materials, accelerating the wear of the mating surfaces of the parts. Therefore, during the break in period, it is easy to cause wear of components (especially mating surfaces), and the wear rate is faster. At this point, if working at full capacity, it may cause damage to components and result in common initial failures.
2. Poor lubrication. Because the fit clearance of newly assembled components is small, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the symmetry of the fit clearance, lubricating grease is not easy to produce a uniform floating oil on the friction surface to prevent wear. This further reduces the smoothness efficiency, leading to abnormal wear of the parts in the initial stage. When the situation is severe, it can cause scratches on the friction surface of high-precision fitting or tooth biting, leading to common malfunctions.
3. Causing looseness. The newly produced, processed, and assembled components have errors in geometric shape and fitting specifications. In the early stages of application, due to alternating loads such as damage and vibration, as well as the hazards of heat and deformation, coupled with rapid wear and tear, it is very easy for the originally fixed components to loosen.
4. Water leakage phenomenon occurs. Due to the looseness and vibration of parts, as well as the risk of equipment overheating, the protruding surfaces and three-way joints of the equipment may leak water. Some forging, production and processing problems are difficult to detect during assembly and adjustment. However, considering the vibration and impact effects in the workflow, such problems are leaked, mainly manifested as oil leakage. Therefore, water leakage is very likely to occur during the running in time.
