Hitachi Excavator Engine Can Not Start Again After Engine Shutdown.

"Failure to start again after engine shutdown".

1 DTC:P1345 (scintillation code 16) camshaft position sensor is not in phase.

When the pulse signals of the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor are normal but not synchronized with each other, ECM sets the DTC..

(1) the main failure phenomenon:

(1) the running state of the engine is unchanged during operation.

After the engine stops, the engine can't start.

(2) standby mode:

1. When the engine is normal, turn the engine by crank the crankshaft.

2. After the engine stops, the cylinder can not be recognized and can not be restarted.

2 P1277 (scintillation code 24) accelerates pedal position sensor 1 failure (low voltage fault).

When the AP sensor 1 signal voltage is less than the specified value, ECM sets DTC.

(1) main failure phenomenon: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.

(2) standby mode: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.


3 DTC:P1278 (scintillation code 24) accelerates pedal position sensor 1 failure (high voltage fault).

When the AP sensor 1 signal voltage is greater than the specified value, ECM sets DTC.

(1) main failure phenomenon: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to 0%.

(2) standby mode: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.


4 DTC:P1282 (scintillation code 24) accelerates pedal position sensor 2 failure (low voltage fault).

When the AP sensor 2 signal voltage is less than the specified value, ECM sets DTC.

(1) main failure phenomenon: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.

(2) standby mode: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.


5 DTC:P1283 (scintillation code 24) accelerates pedal position sensor 2 failure (high voltage fault).

When the AP sensor 2 signal voltage is greater than the specified value, ECM sets DTC.

(1) main failure phenomenon: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.

(2) standby mode: accelerator pedal opening angle is controlled to O%.
