This mode can be used to confirm the performance of the governor brakes.
[test steps]
1. turn off the engine.
(1) disconnect the connector on the governor brake "41" (1).
(2) connect the test wiring harness to the connector L.
2. put the standby switch in the AUT (automatic) position.
3. turn the engine start switch to the ON (open) position. Do not start the engine. Select the triangle wave output of the governor brake.
4. enter maintenance mode. According to "ENG SWEEP (engine scanning)" mode of installation.
5. when the system is running, measure the frequency of the most speed command signal.
(1) the frequency cycle of the speed command signal should be 800 microseconds of 1.25KHz..
At low speed, the pulse width is wide and the width of the pulse is wide at high speed.
6. when there is a pulse width error, there is an abnormality. Failure may occur on line, governor brake or controller.
7. the engine speed will change synchronously with the reciprocating drive.
1. If the controller operates normally, the engine speed will change between high idle speed and low idle speed.
2. If the engine speed is not correct, the governor brake may be installed wrongly or mishandled. The engine may also be mishandled.
