"Hitachi excavator engine can not start" related failure code:
1 DTC:P0603 (scintillation code 54) EEPROM fault
(1) main fault phenomenon: operating performance is affected.
(2) standby mode: no spare action.
2 DTC:P0606 (scintillation code 51) CPU fault
(1) the main failure phenomenon:
(1) the output power is reduced.
(2) can't start.
(2) standby mode:
(1) limit the amount of fuel injection by 2 (multi point injection stop).
(2) the deputy CPU stopped the work of CPU.
3 DTC:P0606 (scintillation code 52) CPU fault
(1) the main fault phenomenon: the output power is down.
(2) standby mode: limiting the amount of fuel injection by 10.
4 DTC:P0611 (scintillation code 34) charging circuit failure (row 1)
ECM internal charging circuit is applied to the pressure circuit of the injector, divided into two (4HK1 engines: 2 cylinders, 6HK1 engines: 3 cylinders) O charging circuit 1 to supply the power supply to the injector (4HK1 engine: 1, 2 cylinder, 6HK1 engine: 1, 2, 3 cylinder). When the voltage of the charging circuit 1 is too high or too low, ECM Setting DTC.
(1) the main failure phenomenon:
(1) the engine vibrated violently.
The idle speed is unstable.
The output power is reduced.
The engine detonation.
The engine may be stalled.

(1) cylinder No. 1 and No. 2 stop working. EGR stops (4HK1 engine) o

5 DTC:P0612 (scintillation code 34) charging circuit failure (row 2)
(1) the main failure phenomenon:
(1) the engine vibrated violently.

(2) standby mode:
(1) cylinder No. 3 and No. 4 stop working, and EGR stops (4HK1 engine).
