[test hint] test of excavator alternator drive system
1. check the condition of the AC generator belt, if the transmission has oil pollution, clean the transmission pulley, change the belt and test the system again. If the transmission belt is wet, the belt is dry and the system is tested again. If the transmission belt is worn, the belt is replaced, and the system is tested again.
2. check the tension of the alternator belt. If the tension is relaxed, adjust it.
3. check the nut of the alternator drive belt pulley. If the nut is loose, tighten the nut and test the system again.
4. if there are no problems found through all the steps in the preceding step, we shall continue testing in combination with other methods.

(1) diagnostic lamp
After turning the diagnostic switch to the ON position, the diagnostic lamp shows the DTC. by flashing.
(two) data link connector (DLC)
The data link connector (DLC) is shown in figure 3-8-42, which is a communication connector with controller connected outside.
